The Ultra TT is a closed-loop servo system, capable of positioning repeatability within +/-25 microns. Position and velocity feedback from the encoder ensures smooth, accurate operation through a wide range of motions and payloads — preventing variation often found in open-loop systems. The closed-loop system also provides validation of the dispense tip location, ensuring precision and accuracy. Software incorporates built-in back-track capability to eliminate tailing at the end of each continuous line. As a result, you can count on accurate fluid deposition on every part.
